Daily Order Cutoff: 3:00 PM EST
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Costs

We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. The price you see on the product page is the final price—no hidden freight surcharges will be added at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

Survive-A-Storm items:
- Processing Time (Handling Time): Orders are processed and prepared for freight within 5–10 business days.
- Transit Time: Estimated delivery to the contiguous United States is 10–15 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 15-25 business days of payment confirmation.
AFERIY/Pecron/Sunseeker/Yarbo items:
- Processing Time (Handling Time): Orders are processed and prepared for freight within 1–3 business days.
- Transit Time: Estimated delivery to the contiguous United States is 2-3 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Notes

Survive-A-Storm products are delivered curbside or to the end of the driveway for safety. The carrier will unload the item using specialized equipment. You are responsible for final positioning and installation. We recommend inspecting the unit upon arrival and contacting us immediately if there are any issues.

5. Regions We Ship To

We ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international destinations.
