TERMS OF SERVICE

Home Power Tech is operated by Niche Cedar Stars LLC (“Home Power Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service apply to your use of homepowertech.com and purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Products and orders
We sell products including portable power stations, robotic outdoor equipment, EV chargers, and storm shelters. Please review the product description, selected model or variant, included components, dimensions, compatibility, and delivery requirements before ordering. A module or accessory described as requiring a separate core unit or other equipment will not function on its own.
After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable, or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options. We will not charge you an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order as placed, we will cancel the affected item and refund any payment collected for it.

Prices, payment, and taxes
Product prices, promotions, availability, and shipping charges may change before an order is placed. The applicable product price, shipping charge, and taxes are shown during checkout before you submit your order. Financing, when offered, is provided by the financing provider and is subject to its eligibility and agreement terms.

Shipping and delivery
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States, subject to the restrictions in our Shipping Policy. Standard shipping is free on most products. Survive-A-Storm shelters require specialized freight; the applicable standard freight charge is shown separately at checkout. Standard shelter freight delivery is generally curbside or to the accessible end of the driveway.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We will contact you if we cannot ship within the stated timeframe and provide the options required by applicable law. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact information and tell us about restricted truck access, gates, narrow openings, or other unusual delivery conditions before ordering. If additional delivery services or charges are necessary, we will discuss them with you before arranging those services.

Storm shelter placement and installation
Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, a storm shelter’s purchase price and standard freight charge do not include moving it to its final location, anchoring, installation, a concrete pad, permits, or special equipment. Placement, anchoring, and installation may be available separately in select areas, subject to the model, delivery ZIP code, property access, site conditions, installer availability, and a separate quote.
TwisterPod and Extreme models arrive as welded shelters, but they still require an appropriate unloading, placement, and anchoring plan. Please review the dimensions and confirm the full access route before ordering. A Survive-A-Storm representative may contact you to coordinate delivery and discuss requested additional services. Any additional service and its price must be agreed to separately.

Returns, refunds, and damaged items
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, including its 30-day request window, product-condition requirements, return authorization process, and any applicable restocking fee. Please inspect your delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

Product use, installation, and warranties
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, safety warnings, compatibility requirements, and maintenance guidance. Electrical work, home electrical connections, storm shelter anchoring, and other work requiring a qualified professional should be performed by an appropriately qualified person in accordance with applicable requirements.
Product warranties are provided under the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms. Warranty coverage, duration, and claim procedures vary by product. Contact us if you need help locating warranty information or reaching the manufacturer. These terms do not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We work to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and other site information accurate. Manufacturers may update products or specifications. If a detail is important to your purchase, contact us before ordering so we can help confirm it for the exact model and variant.
