Shipping Policy

At Home Power Tech, we work with manufacturers, suppliers, and shipping partners to coordinate delivery of your order. Shipping costs, delivery estimates, and delivery requirements vary by product and destination.

1. Order Cutoff Time

Daily order cutoff: 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

We provide free standard shipping on most eligible products within the 48 contiguous United States, including eligible products from PECRON, AFERIY, Nature’s Generator, Sunseeker, Beatbot, Emporia, Autel, and EVIQO. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Autonomous office pods include free standard freight shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Standard shipping does not include special-access delivery, final placement, assembly, installation, or electrical connections unless expressly stated on the product page or separately arranged.

Survive-A-Storm shelters are excluded from our standard free-shipping policy. These products require specialized freight delivery, with charges based on the delivery state.

Survive-A-Storm shelter delivery is available only to the states listed above. These freight charges and state restrictions do not apply to Autonomous office pods.

The shelter freight charge displayed at checkout is based on your delivery state and standard delivery requirements.

Model-specific hotshot delivery, remote locations, restricted access, or other specialized delivery requirements may require a separate quote. Contact us before ordering if special delivery arrangements are needed. Any additional charges must be disclosed and agreed upon before the order proceeds.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

For in-stock products with standard delivery, estimated total delivery times are:

These estimates include order handling and carrier transit time, rather than transit time alone. Any product-specific delivery exception is stated on the product page before purchase.

Products may ship directly from the manufacturer or supplier. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Preorders, backorders, and made-to-order products: Standard in-stock delivery estimates do not apply. The expected availability, shipment date, or delivery estimate is stated on the product page before purchase.

Delivery times are estimates. Supplier availability, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and freight appointment scheduling may affect delivery. We will communicate known material delays and updated estimates when available.

4. Delivery and Unloading Requirements

Survive-A-Storm shelters and Autonomous office pods are delivered by freight carrier. Other products are delivered through standard parcel shipping.

Survive-A-Storm shelters: Standard freight delivery is generally curbside or to the accessible end of the driveway. Unloading requirements vary by shelter model, carrier, and delivery method. Carrier unloading may be available for some shipments; others may require customer-provided equipment or assistance.

Autonomous office pods: Free standard freight shipping covers the model’s standard delivery service. Review the product page and confirm the delivery location, shipment dimensions, unloading arrangements, and assembly requirements before ordering. Indoor delivery, final placement, assembly, installation, and electrical connections are not included unless expressly stated on the product page or separately arranged.

The delivery location must be accessible to the delivery vehicle. Notify us before ordering about narrow roads, steep driveways, gates, low clearances, stairs, or other access restrictions.

Confirm that the product or its packaged components can reach the intended installation location and that the location meets the model’s space and clearance requirements.

Final placement, assembly, installation, electrical connections, and shelter anchoring are not included unless expressly stated on the product page or separately arranged.

Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

5. Shipping Destinations and Tracking

We ship eligible products, including Autonomous office pods, within the 48 contiguous United States. Survive-A-Storm shelter deliveries are limited to the states listed in Section 2.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international destinations.

Tracking information is provided when available after shipment. Freight deliveries for Survive-A-Storm and Autonomous may require the carrier to contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

Orders containing products from multiple manufacturers or suppliers may arrive in separate shipments, with separate tracking information and delivery dates.
